The weight of what’s happening in America right now is heavy. As I’ve watched events unfold over the last few days, my heart has been breaking. And I feel like it isn’t appropriate to post the happy posts I like to share on my blog this week.
Now, more than ever, I encourage you to listen, to learn, to reflect, and most importantly lead with kindness and compassion.
