Hola Friends! Happy Cinco de Mayo! I hope you’re celebrating today with lots of tacos and tequila… at home! I know we are. In fact, I’m about to go start making some at home Cheesey Gordita Crunches! (I’ll let you know how they turn out… promise!)

The other day, Trev and I were watching our old travel photos float across our Alexa screen saver and realized we were enjoying a little virtual vacation. We started talking about how we’d love to visit Banff again. So we decided to look up Banff on Youtube. One thing led to another and before we knew it, we were in Scotland at 3 am. We had so much fun that we decided we would do another Virtual Vacation Date Night… where we could travel the world without ever leaving our couch.
