Hi Friends! Happy, happy Monday! This post is about to be short and sweet because I’ve got a lavender bubble bath with my name on it. (It was a very long Monday!)
How were your weekends?! Ours was pretty dang good! We were excited to have a weekend at home!
We started our weekend out on Friday when I got out of work. I got out early and was so excited! We headed to one of our favorite Detroit resturants, Buddy’s Pizza for a Detroiter and some beers.
I look forward to Friday nights all week! I love getting to go out to dinner and just relax and chat with Trev. It’s my favorite thing!
After dinner we had a few errands to run. One place we had to stop by was Walmart, and we just so happened to have to drive by one of our favorite local breweries, Super Natural Brewing! We stopped in for a beer before finishing our errands and turning in early for the night.
Saturday we were up early because Trev had to be at basketball practice. I went along because we were heading to the apple orchard for Sweetest Day once he was done!
We had the most gorgeous day at Plymouth Orchards! We love, love, love their cider slushies and donuts!
Saturday evening we worked around our house and watched some football on our super cozy couch!
Sunday Trev’s parents were finally able to come up and visit us! They hadn’t seen the changes in our home since July, so we were super excited to have them come and see what our home looked like now. We went out to lunch and checked out a really cool store called The Town Peddlar. It’s like a vintage market/antique shop/craft show all in one. I can’t wait to go back on a rainy day and spend at least an hour wandering around and looking at everything!
By the time Trev’s parents headed home, it was late! Trev ran to the grocery store quick while I finished up our laundry and got dinner in the oven. Before we knew it, it was time for us to turn in for the night before our busy week got started.
And now, Monday is over so that means we’re officially one day closer to the weekend!

Alright my loves, I’m off to take a soak in the tub and mentally prep myself for a long day tomorrow. (It’s meeting night, which means I don’t get home until super late!)
No new post tomorrow, since I’ve got my meeting. I’ll be back on Wednesday!
