Hey there loves! Happy #TravelTuesday! This week, we’re starting another new Travel Series here on the blog, and if you read yesterday’s post, you got a little taste of it!
Like it or not, your vacation (whether just around the corner or millions of miles away) probably didn’t actually happen if you did’t ‘Gram it. And that photo you posted? Well it better be eye catching.
Instagram has quickly become the inspiration we all turn to when planning our next trip. Because let’s be real, we all get some serious wanderlust just scrolling through our feeds. One of my favorite things to troll Insta for? Bright blue water, sandy beaches, endless forests, deep canyons and snow capped mountains (so many mountains). The hastags #Travel #Travelgram and #TravelTuesday are easily the reason I spend almost an hour every night in bed scrolling.
So for the next few weeks, I figured, why not help my friends out? If I’ve featured a place on this blog’s travel section, I’ll be sharing my Top 10 places in that location to snag a photo worthy of your Insta Feed.
Alright my friends. Who is ready to make all your friends, family, social media followers jealous? Grab your filters (LOL JK none of these photos have filters) and get ready… today, I’m sharing the 10 Most Instagram Worthy Spots in Jackson Hole, Wyoming!
Jackson Hole first made it’s appearance on Savannah Said It in September of 2016. (It was the second location I featured on this blog!) But it stole my heart many years ago! And since Jackson Hole is literally nothing but some SERIOUS scenic eye candy, and is right here in the good ol’ USA, I figured it would be the PERFECT place to start this series.
So, without further ado, here are my…
10 Most Instagram Worthy Spots in Jackson Hole, Wyoming!
The Antler Arches. We’re starting this list off with what is probably the most classic Jackson, WY photo… The Antler Arches! It’s tradition to take your photo with these now iconic arches in Town Square. You really can’t let your trip pass you by without stopping to admire them (and snap a photo) at least once!

Signal Mountain Lodge. Okay… this place MIGHT be making this list based on the fact that their blackberry margs are out of this world, but the best part about the Signal Mountain Lodge is that it is home to some of the prettiest views in the park. Behind the lodge, is a small marina (where you can rent boats to take out onto Jackson Lake) and the views are INSANE.

The Snake River Overlook. Want to take a photo like Ansel Adams? Head to the Snake River Overlook. His iconic photo has made this one of the most popular spots to capture the beauty of The Cathedral Group. This overlook is crazy easy to reach (it’s literally right off Hwy 89, between Moose and Moran) and it’s one of the best views in the park. Oh! And when you post it? Don’t forget to caption it #ICONIC. Because that’s what this view is.

Oxbow Bend. Another gorgeous turn out just off the road? Oxbow Bend! One of my favorite photos we captured in Wyoming was here… and guys we literally just opened our car doors to take our photos. I mean, COME ON. How can a place be THIS pretty?!

Teton Park Road. Keeping with the road theme, Teton Park Road (the main highway through Grand Teton National Park) is easily one of the prettiest roads I’ve ever been on. (I wish I could say the prettiest, but I can’t. I’ve been on The Icefields Parkway…) But have you ever seen those really awesome shots of people skateboarding down a beautiful road on your feed and just been totally awestruck? You can totes take that picture here. (When we went on this vacation, blogging wasn’t even a blip on my radar yet, and Insta was still pretty new… so I wasn’t seeking perfect photos. If I had been? You can bet I’d have walked down the middle of this road!)

Inspiration Point. I legit can’t do this point without talking about one of the most popular places to hike to in the park! Inspiration Point has been serving up views to adventures hikers for years, and it’s the perfect spot to grab that super outdoorsy photo to put with an inspirational caption. (You know the one.)

Cascade Canyon. This is hands down my favorite spot in Jackson Hole / Grand Teton! It is SO beautiful, SO peaceful, SO picturesque and SO FREAKIN’ PERFECT. So obviously, you HAVE to get a picture for your Instagram here! The hike to get there is a bit of a climb, but I promise you, it is so damn worth it.

PS… To reach the Canyon, you actually pass through Inspiration Point so really, it’s a two for one deal.
String Lake. Or really any lake in the area will do. I mean, it’s pretty hard to pass up a photo op of you swimming in a lake surrounded by mountains! I like String Lake because it’s not hard to get to, and you can get in and out super fast after your photo. (Glacial lakes are COLD y’all!)

Million Dollar Cowboy Bar. Want to show off you’ve made it to the “Last of the Old West”? A picture in the saddles at the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar is the way to do it. Plus, after a long day of hiking, resting your boots and grabbing a drink will be just what you need!

Having an Adventure. The very best Instagrams from The Tetons are the ones of you having the adventure of a lifetime. Whether you’re hiking, rock climbing, skiing or white water rafting, a photo of you leaping out of your comfort zone will be worth more than any amount of likes to you a few years down the road.

It’s pretty tough to take a bad photo in Wyoming, because it really is “God’s Country.”
So my friends, what did I miss?! What places in JH have completely stolen your heart?

Awesome photos! Jackson holds a special place in my heart…my parents lived there for a few years early in their marriage and my older brother was born there. 🙂 I live just a few hours away…so we go there often, but not nearly as often as I’d like. 🙂 Thanks for sharing!
