Throwback Thursday: Who’s Who In Your Wedding Party

Alright guys… it’s time for a vintage Sav Said It post. If you’ve been with me from the beginning, you know that on Wednesdays, I talked about planning your wedding! I’ve since retired Wedding Wednesdays, but when the opportunity to work with one of my favorite companies ever, Shutterfly, came about, I figured it was time to bring back a Wedding Wednesday on a Thursday!

So this Throwback Thursday, we’re talking about Who’s Who In Your Wedding. Did you know that every member of your bridal party has specific duties?! I didn’t! Well, I knew your MOH was who you lean on for everything but other than that, I had no idea!

Those of you that remember my Wedding posts probably remember that I chose to have a crazy small bridal party. It was just me, my best friend, Trev, his brother, and our little cousins who served as our flower/garland girls and ring barer. So 95% of these extra duties fell on my family or my Aunt and Uncle who I deemed my Host and Hostess.

The day of, my Aunt was the contact person. If something were to have gone wrong, or a decision needed to be made, she was the person that was called. She knew what my vision was and made sure our day of coordinators and vendors had everything just right.

However, had I had this crazy handy guide from Shutterfly before my big day, I may have been able to distribute the duties a little bit better because you know, “it comes with the job.” 🙂

(We wanted a perfect album to remember our big day! So we splurged on the Premium Photo book! We ordered a 12×12 book with layflat pages, crushed silk hardcover in the Your’s Truly style. Guys… it’s so gorgeous!)

Wedding Canvases
(We ordered canvases for everyone and they turned out so beautiful!!!)

Our Thank You Cards
(These were SO beautiful you guys! I chose a picture that didn’t include our heads and I LOVEDDDDD them! You can see a photo here and get a few tips on what to write!)

Our Honeymoon Album
(We order Photo Books for every vacation we go on, not just from our Honeymoon!)
