Gift Guide: For Her

Happy Monday Everyone!!!

I’m super duper excited this Monday because today starts my week of gift guides! Every Christmas time, I find myself stressing about what to get at least one person on my list. For the most part, I’m pretty good at getting gifts. And even though I automatically know what to get most people, there’s always one where I sit back and scratch my head.

How many of you find yourself in the same place? Well fear not! This week, I’ll be sharing my top 10 favorite gifts for every person in your life. And as always… Ladies First!

The “Fool Proof” Gift.
If there is one thing on this list that I can honestly say 95% of ladies would love to get, it’s these insanely GORGEOUS Kate Spade Studs. And at only $38, you can give a designer name without breaking the bank.

The “Fashionista” Gift.
Everyone has at least one girl in their live’s that is completely obsessed with fashion. She’s the one that is the first to have the newest issue of Vogue, and that you always ask to help you get dressed for a special event. For this girl, go with some Over the Knee boots. I love these ones from Steve Madden. The price is great, and they are really good quality. But, if you feel like REALLY splurging on that lucky lady in your life, get her the Stuart Weitzman boots that are sure to be on her list to Santa!

The “Bag Lady” Gift.
For the lady in your life who truly believes there is no such thing as too many purses, surprise the heck out of her with the absolutely stunning YSL Crossbody. You’ll have to print her a picture, as it’s pre-order only, but she’ll appreciate having the newest bag come Spring! This bag is an absolute splurge, no doubt. So if you’re looking for a bag that’s little bit more budget friendly, check out this one from Rebecca Minkoff, this one  from Kate Spade and this beauty from Michael Kors.

The “Personalized” Gift.
There will always be someone in your life that loves to have things personalized. I’ve always struggled a bit finding a place that sells cute things that I can personalize that didn’t look cheap. Enter Shutterfly. You guys, I’ve never once been disappointed with anything I’ve ordered from here. The quality is amazing. I always turn to Shutterfly for photo gifts, but now, they have other gifts too. Like this adorable glass! Plus, there is ALWAYS a sale going on, so you can get really great gifts at really affordable prices.

The “Beauty Guru” Gift.
For the lady that loves makeup, you can’t go wrong with a Sephora gift card. I know… most people say gift cards are in personable and look like you just didn’t put any thought into their gift. But trust me. Any makeup lover would be THRILLED with a gift card to their favorite store. Makeup is crazy expensive, and if they can use a gift card to purchase exactly what they want, they’ll be happy as can be! But, if you’re dead set on giving them a gift, you can’t go wrong with the Holiday gift boxes. Just ask the lady you’re looking for what her favorite makeup brands are, and then ask the ladies at the store to help you. They’re super helpful, and will probably pick out something she will love!

The “DIY Lover” Gift.
For the the lady who loves DIY, and watches WAY too much HGTV, I highly recommend a copy of The Magnolia Story. Chances are, if she loves DIY, Joanna Gaines is her spirit animal, and she’ll love to read this book. Accompany it with literally anything from The Magnolia Market and she’ll be happier than the lucky couples on “reveal day” in Waco, Texas.

The “Traveler” Gift.
For the lady with a constant sense of Wanderlust, the best gift is OF COURSE a trip to somewhere special. And if a trip is in your budget, get to helping them plan their dream vacation. However, if you just can’t swing a trip for someone else (let’s be honest, that’s 98% of us!) this coloring book is the next best thing! Let their imaginations run wild as they color famous places from around the world. Plus, it’s a great thing to take along on their next big adventure. (Flights can be so dang boring!)

The “Mom” Gift.
Moms are the hardest people to buy for… especially when they deserve the world and all you can afford is a candle. But let me tell you a secret… all your mom really wants is for you to spend some time with her. So plan a date with your Momma, and get her something she can use on it. If it were me, I’d get her a pair of these awesome PJS, and plan a night in watching all your favorite movies and eating pizza and popcorn together.

The “Homebody” Gift.
For the person who loves to be at home, get them a super cozy blanket to snuggle up in while they binge watch their shows on Netflix. This blanket from Pottery Barn is the softest blanket in the whole wide world (just go feel it if you don’t believe me!) Plus it will look super stylish sitting on their sofa when they’re not using it.

The “Techie” Gift.
Okay, this really isn’t even for techies only, it’s for anyone. I’m a firm believer in Apple Computers being the best in the world, so buy that special someone a Macbook. They’ll love it, and you’ll be their most favorite person ever! (Especially if you get it in Rose Gold!)

Please remember… every girl is different and I’m not trying to say that every single person on the planet would want these things. So be sure to keep in mind the person you are buying for… because let’s be real, a lot of girls would much rather have a pair of really awesome sneakers than over the knee boots!

What are you buying that special lady in your life? I’m so excited with the gifts we’ve picked out this year! I wish I could tell you about them… but I know most of the ladies in my life are reading this right now 🙂 And I’m not about to ruin the surprise!

I hope you all have a very happy Monday! Just a reminder… VICTORIA’S SECRET FASHION SHOW IS TONIGHT! I freakin’ love the fashion show. I can’t wait!
